We had a great stay at Residence De L'Ours With Free Parking. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. Being right next to the metro station and just steps away from the old town made it easy for us to explore Lausanne. the room was spacious and clean, with a good bathroom. We also appreciated the free pass to the public transportation provided by the hotel. Cons: Everything was great! 👍.

The location of Residence De L'Ours was perfect, right opposite the L'Ours Metro stop. It made it very convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the free parking was a huge bonus, as it saved us a lot of money. The beds in the room were comfortable and we enjoyed waking up to a beautiful view of the cathedral. Room was clean and towels were changed daily. The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
